CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE FOR PATIENTS

In order to stop the spread of COVID-19, we have new attendance and appointment-making policies in place. These policies include a cap on the number of patients allowed in the waiting area, triage questions when scheduling appointments, and the wearing of masks inside the office. For the safety of both staff and patients, we kindly ask that you be truthful in your responses to any queries.

In order to handle COVID-19, Lake Innes Medical and Dental Centre is seeking advice from the NSW Government and Department of Health. We are urging patients to use telemedicine services because we want to maintain our commitment to their care and safety, as well as the care and safety of our personnel, during this time. Call the front desk for further details.

We If any of the following apply, we kindly ask that you refrain from coming to the surgery:

• - You have or may have come into contact with a positive COVID 19 case.
• - You are awaiting the results of a PCR test
• - You have cold and flu symptoms such as nausea, sweats, cough, fever, sore throat.
